1. What materials are your socks made from? Our socks are made of 62% cotton, 33% polyamide and 5% elastane
2. What is your shipping policy? We ship worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2 business days, while international orders may take longer depending on the destination. We provide tracking information for all orders so you can monitor your package's progress.
3. My country is not listed for shipping? If your country isn't on our delivery list, no worries! Drop us an email, and we'll get back to you with additional information within 24 hours.
4. Do you offer returns or exchanges? Due to hygienic reasons, socks are only eligible for return if they are unopened and in their original packaging. To be considered unopened, the packaging must be sealed and undamaged. We cannot accept returns for socks that have been worn, washed, or removed from their original packaging. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
5. Can I track my order? Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package's journey.
6. Can I cancel an order after it's been placed? We strive to process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
7. Why does my bank statement show a transaction with the name ''Mollie''? The name ''Mollie'' on your bank statement corresponds to the payment processing service we use to handle our online transactions securely and efficiently. Mollie is a trusted and reliable payment service provider that enables us to accept various payment methods.
8. How do I care for my socks? To extend the life of your socks, we recommend washing them no warmer than 30 ˚C. Care instructions can be found here.
